This project was completed in 7 Months. The two floors were completely demolished. The 1500 s/m of the first floor timber floor were raised and lower in places to make good. Recycled timbers was sourced and used to patch all holes and damaged area’s. The floor was then sanded and coated with clear lacquer. New air conditioning system was installed throughout building. The building was rewired and remodeled to suit client’s needs. New toilet/bathroom facilities were built on both levels. A new roller doors was cut in to the side of the building through the brickwork.
