120 Oxford St is a 1000 s/m warehouse. The building is part of the heritage listed Foy and Gibson factory complex. These building are believed to be constructed around 1887
Wide open construction where engaged by Ray and Rena to execute the design produced by Archsign. This was a major refit of this tired old building. The roof was totally removed and replace with current standard system including larger box gutter, insulation and roof sheets.
The saw tooth was rebuilt using a Danpalon translucent PVC sheet system, The building was totally striped out without upsetting the tenants below. New plumbing, new electrical and mechanical. The floors where patched and repaired like new, sanded and coated in semi gloss clear.
The facade and main entrance receiving a new lease on life as well.
